When hot water turn on non of the sprays work and there is a hot water in the line it just doesn’t go through the valve. Why does this happen?

With knob turned all the way to hot it’s not hot enough how do you adjust the valve to get water hotter

Hello, You can check these first: 1.Please make sure the hot and cold water supply lines connect the thermostatic valve correctly(hot water on the left, cold water on the right) according the installation manual. 2.The supply pressure difference between hot and cold water can’t be too big(the thermostatic shower needs to Less than 20%). 3. please make sure that Cold water supply temperature: 4-29°C( recommended temperature: 15 °C) and hot water supply temperature: 55-85°C(recommended temperature: 70 °C) If thermostatic valve core can't work yet, please reset the thermostatic valve core like the video.
