The L Word: Season 5
O**A
One of my favorite seasons-Jenny is great!!
The fifth season of The L Word was probably my second favorite aside from the first season. I loved Jenny's character in this season. She became even more outrageous but I thought she was funny and cute at the same time. The idea of watching them make her book into a movie was great! Because she finally got her book published and now having studios fighting over the rights to her movie...her spoiled girl act was my favorites of all. I don't want to give away any spoilers but I can't believe what Adele did! There's that saying: always watch out for the quiet ones and wow, is that true in this case. The only thing I didn't care for was having Marlie Matlin back in this season. For some reason, I thought she was leaving after the end of the fourth season. I miss Kristanna Loken, who played Shane's love interest in season 4. But Shane is Shane, as I noticed at the end of seasons 3, 4 and 5. But as a Jenny fan, I really liked this season. Even after watching a week's episode, I couldn't help watching the repeat of it, which was right after. Lot of good things were in this season but if you're a Jenny fan, I think you'll really love it!! Did I mention I liked Jenny?

The L Word Review
Overall the L Word fifth season was great. As all of the rest of them were. I just have one problem and I don't know how to take care of it. On the last disc of season 5, there were suppose to be three shows. It said so on the inside of the case and the last show on that disc showed what had previously been played. However, I was unable to get anything but the last show on disc 5 to play. Nothing else showed up. So I believe that I got a disc that was not copied right. It ruined seeing the last disc because it showed things we actually hadn't seen ourselves. Please tell me what I can do about this. I don't like paying for things and not getting all of it. Thank you.Colleen LaSoya

Promising
they did it again: look at your life and/or your girlfriends and you will find some of it in this season - again. why do we love the story? why do we like tibette so much? because we all wish, that a woman love us as much as we see/hear in this season - especially after we went through the whole story and got emotionally involved and we feel for/with them...the stories are somehow very realistic (just ask yourself what you would do to get the love of your life back in your life or check out your friends and I am pretty sure you will find someone you don't like at all - like jenny who is doing the "marie antoniette thing"). the actor's are again just amazing... I can't wait for the next season (and the movie)

Best season yet...
I'm a huge Tibette fan!! I never seen any other actors/actresses who have the best chemistry on screen, like JB and LuH. So after all the drama, the heartache, FINALLY my favorite coupLe in the show are BACK TOGETHER! And hope this time it'll stick! Lots of Laughter this season which I Love! and much more Tibette's Love this season as well! I can't wait to own this DVD! Most importantly, can't wait for the new season, which sadly would be the Last one. I don't know what I'd do when the show ended, although there will be a spin-off, but still don't know which character. Love the L word! :)

Love IT!
As with the rest of the L Word Series, this is a winner! I love the characters and the plot. As time goes on, and the seasons change, so does the intensity. The writers really capture present day, adult lesbians in a kind of pop-culture genre. I love Shane... but this season she is over the top! I also love Tasha... mmmm hmmm... very good! I live overseas so I don't get to see the series on Showtime and have to wait until Fall each year to get it on DVD. I can't wait to see Season 6.

L-Word Fifth Season-Wow
The Fifth Season of this one-of-a kind Showtime series was a short one. Some of our favorite characters (Think Bette and Tina) are featured prominently this time around. There is a very interesting storyline involving Jenny and a newcomer named Adele. Adele is not who she seems to be and that makes for an exciting backstory. A lot of the episodes revolved around the making of Jenny's 'Lez Girls' movie. I thought too much of it at times though we got to see Jenny and Tina go after each other and eventually come back together in a sweet way at the end of the season. Late in the season we meet the serious no-nonsense Molly (Phyllis' daughter) She plays a straight girl who Shane develops a crush on. Will the famous Shane be able to warm up this icy girl? The cliffhanger was a little anticlimatic but I am looking forward to the Sixth and final season. All in all a good solid season this time around.

Best Season Ever!!!!!
To anyone who is an L Word fan this was the season of all seasons! Jenny and her crazy movie, Shane and her shane-nanagins, Alice and Tasha, Helena as we've never seen her before, and of course, the reunion of Bette and Tina...ahhh! We met a whole new cast of characters from Lez Girls and of course, Dawn Denbo and lover Cindy! From movie sets, to pot brownie parties, to hot elevator sex and a rousing game of "I Never" around a campfire, Season 5 is the season to own!!!

L-Word Rocks My World
We absolutely adore the L Word series. This 5th season is not to be missed. We liked it more then last season, and I think the writing has stayed fresh and the storylines remain interesting and intriguing. We are always fully engaged in what's happening to these gals. Like eating chips you cannot just munch on one, the show is addictive to watch. We highly recommend this show, it is a must to see all seasons.
