Very poor purchase
It's not even been 4 months completely and machine has given up. It vibrates so much at the end of the wash cycle and makes loud noise that i have to shut it down manually. Because of that it leaves stains on the clothes and it has ruin so many clothes. Luckily it is still under warranty, but

Faulty unit.
I bought this machine about 1 week ago. I was impressed with it's compact size, options, overall styling, ease of install and quietness while working. However, after pretty light usage 1-2 washes daily it appears that the water inlet valve has failed or the water inlet sensor has failed. This allows continuous flow of water into the machine while in operation, eventually flooding the drum and causing error F-24, this stops the washing cycle and you have to reset the machine to allow it to drain. After this happened the machine now makes a loud buzzing sound at a certain stage of the washing cycle.Already filed for return and refund. Very disappointing after what was initially a good experience. My previous Samsung had worked for 10 years before it eventually broke down for the second time in it's life time, parts work out close to what it is to buy a new machine so I thought best to replace. I have good experience with Hisense products and was hoping this too would be another good purchase, sadly I was wrong.Update to 4 stars: The replacement unit that came has worked flawlessly. Only dropping 1 star for receiving a faulty unit originally.

GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE
Frankly speaking, when i purchased it, and let it installed, first wash i was shocked, during the centrifuge the machine was jumping and got pissed off and called AMAZONE to return the product. However what i figured out is that the installation guy forgot to remove the securtiy or so called the blocking rods behind which is used during transportation. I removed it my self and this machine was doing the job perfectly.So for the price and quality it s a good machine, and my advise check your equipment during installation.GOOD LUCK WITH THE WASHINGS !!!

Disappointed- Very loud and vibration/ heavily shaking and machine is moving while spinning
The machine is very noisy and is having so much vibrations even after i put vibration rubber pads. Whenever its spinning i have to hold it as its moving in all directions.
