great item!

I bought this portable charger before a trip to Europe and it was great! Hardly had to charge it and lasted forever. I will say it was a bit heavy and on the bigger side but then a few months ago it stopped charging and wouldn’t “charge” past the first light out of 4 so not it’s unusable. I had hoped for the money I spent on this it would’ve lasted a lot longer especially since I had heard such good things about this brand. I also bought two smaller ones from Anker in November and December and they are already having the same problem. No matter how long I leave them charging the light always stays yellow.

Love the product and use it every day of the week.

After about 8 months it began not immediately charging. It gradually got worse until about 7 months ago when it stopped wouldn't taking a charge at all. I was expecting solid performance for 2 or 3 years but spotty performance after 8 months, not good. My advice call Anker immediately if you have ANY trouble before the 18 month warranty expires... it will likely go downhill.

Have had this item for about 2 months and have had no problems whatsoever, quick charge port works perfect with samsung galaxy phones [tested with galaxy s6 edge phone and s6e wall charger], other quick charge power banks with quick charge ports i've tested don't fast charge galaxy s6 phones so this was an excellent buy.
