Thought this was my end of failings from smok e cigs. Then the top with the atomiser detached from the hub. Any body reading this. Do not buy any smok. I don’t understand when I change products or the fact that I bought the batteries the charger. But been through enough to know no more. I don’t go out. I don’t understand a lot of techno stuff. So after buying my first smok I did not know enough to move on or understand. However every smok I have had has either dropped to bits or stopped working with no obvious reason. I will keep warning to not buy as o now see the truth Over priced overrated Hence why my worries. Non of the smoks I have owned in a very low lifespan deserve even one star.

Bought 3 different smoke vapes now all had issues and lasted less then a month. Vape has to be "jump started" by plugging it in taking it out then hitting the fire button 5 times and it eventually turns on.. then it started ghost firing because it's been leaking and now won't turn on at all. I would change your brand immediately as it isn't just this version of smok vape that I've had problems with now I've had it with all 3! Different versions of "smok"

4 stars because there is no lock function. It goes off in my pocket all the time, and sometimes changes the wattage to max and surprises me with a horrible burnt hit.Otherwise great. Just annoying that I have to turn it off completely to 'lock' it.

Emails gone out for solid gel nicotine to replace liquid in tank. These liquid ones are so difficult to refil and replace coil when in public. Also solid nicotine without coils but a metal mesh
