Q: Can these be used for high heat sauces without melting?

I don't think anything hot could be used in this. I have only used them for packing salade dressing in lunches

It probably won’t squirt out but would be able to hold a small amount of sour cream. I have used them for salad dressing and BBQ sauce. They do not leak which is wonderful. Easy to use and easy to clean.

The hole size is about 3/4" diameter or smaller.

Q: Do these fit in the Bentgo boxes?

I don't know what a bentgo box is but it fits in my grandchildren"s lunch box
