Awesome pain relief
So comfortable you wouldn’t know you had it on except for the fact that there is no pain. It’s HOT just enough soothing warmth to calm your joints. I’ve used it on knee,shoulder and hip

Perfect Size for anywhere
These are great and sticky and fit well under clothing. I use these to help warm up my knees (they stopped making the knee wraps) and they last long enough that I can switch after a few hours and they stick just as well.

Far Superior to the Icy Hot Patch
I had purchased both the Icy Hot Patch and ThermaCare for lower back and shoulder areas. I thought the Icy Hot Patch would be the best. However, it proved to be worthless and I hesitated to even try the ThermaCare as I thought it was inferior to the Icy Hot Patch. Fortunately, I did try ThermaCare and I am very impressed with the results it produced. It was very effective in controlling the discomfort. Still, I was skeptical that it would not hold heat for the 8 hours advertised, but it lasted close to 10 hours. You can purchase it in an array of sizes, but they can also be used interchangeably. For example, I used the neck for my shoulder and it could have sufficed for my lower back as well or knee if needed. The Icy Hot Patch was a waste of money, but the ThermaCare patch was excellent.

Great heat pain relief
The wrap is flexible, strong adhesive tabs. Long lasting warming relief.

Not warm enough.
The wraps didn’t get warm enough. Easy to use and they are comfortable to wear. I ended up using a regular heat pad because I didn’t feel the relief with these.

Don't waste the money
These do not work at all. They do not heat up. You need to stick them on your clothes, not skin. Supposed to work like a hand warmer but they do not heat up.

My Go-To When I Have Pain or Stiffness
Love these Therm-Care Patches; they're for small spots. Sometime I use them to ease shoulder tension, of cover areas that don't require the larger pads. Works great on the bottom of the feet - when I give friends a foot massage. Lasts a full 8 hours or so. Easy to wear under clothing.
