Toilet Brush 2.0
Toilet Brush, Bendable TPR Silicone Toilet Brush Head Deep Clean."Build a better mousetrap, and the world will beat a path to your door". So maybe if you build a better toilet brush, the same might happen. Unfortunately, this isn’t quite it, but it’s close.Usually, toilet brushes live in a permanent bath of bleach or other noxious substances, as it’s common knowledge that they must be immersed in something anti-bacterial to ensure they stay clean. The common or garden brush is a dome-shaped collection of bristles, usually in nylon, and secured to a handle. The TLR brush is a new way of thinking. Its bristles are silicone, and not pinned into the main handle, so there should be no discolouration over time and the bristles are easily cleaned. The cleaning head is flat; not dome-shaped so it can clean effectively under the rim and under the S bend. Taking advantage of the flat profile means the container can be made smaller and fits to a wall rather than sitting on the floor, and how many times have we knocked one of those over? Ugh! The supplied wall fixing achieves this admirably and the container can easily be unclipped for cleaning. So, a “better mousetrap”? Well, not quite. This is not a brush that stays in bleach etc when not in use. It is designed to air dry in its integrated container. In fact, the outer container would leak if filled with any liquid. The problem is that the brush fits snugly into the integral brush holder, so air can’t really circulate as seen in the illustration on the Amazon ad. Yes, drying before popping the brush head back in the holder would work, but who wants to do that? The problem could easily be solved by a series of vent holes where the white outer casing meets the grey inner holder.

A new take on an established product
I was keen to try this silicon toilet brush because of its small and sleek design, and the new take on a long-established product. The toilet brush comes in a compact package, with the handle in two pieces. Despite the two parts to the handle it's in fact as strong as a single piece. There is a sticky attachment so that the side of the holder can be attached to a wall or similar, however I found that the small footprint didn't affect its stability so you can choose which you would rather do.My only dislike of the product is the practicality of the brush design. It's narrower and much more bendy, so can reach narrow crevices easier than an old round brush, but I found it quite hard to use the first few times because the brush head didn't have the same firmness I was used to. That criticism aside, it's not a bad product and I'll be keeping this as my toilet brush.

Cleans the toilet well
The media could not be loaded. This toilet brush is good. Very easy to clean and cleans the loo very well. Also, the container is easy to keep clean. I use mine on the floor standing although there is an option to hang on wall.Only downside is that the 2 parts of the handle could come apart easily there should be a more secure way of connecting them together .

Cleans under the rim with ease ....
It doesn't look like a toilet brush out of the box, a few flat pieces and a brush head which looks like it's been run over by an elderly driver out on a Sunday jaunt, but once it's been put together it begins to resembles a toilet brush ... of sorts. The handle andc brush comes in 2 parts and slot together with relative ease. Giving you a good length of 350mm so there's little need to have your hand and arm deep into the toilet itself. The handle is 265mm long, 25mm wide and a mere 10mm thick, making it so light even a well trained lapdog could pick it up and use it.The brush head is 85mm in an arch, 80mm wide and just short of 20mm thick, with this thickness being designed to get under the rim of a toilet with such ease, and it does. The holder is 100mm tall, 95mm wide and just over 40mm thick and can be left free standing or, using the little stickers which comes in the box, it can also be attached to the wall. I use the latter as there's less chance of this being knocked over and spilling its contents on the ground. This holder has a removable inner which is slightly shorter than the holder itself, this allows for any excess toilet water on the heaad to drop into the bottom .Now, the question is, does it work?Yes, it works remarkably well, considering its size and thickness. it gets under the rim and the myriad nobbles on the arched head to a great job in getting into those nooks and crannies. The brush sits in the holder nicely, if a little wobbly, and the slither of a gap between the holder and its inner catches a little waste, but not a lot. It's easy to clean and doesn't hold any smells at all.In all, a fine little toilet brush for those fine little toilets. Well worth the money.
