Made of soy protein. Tastes like soy sauce. Looks like soy sauce. A gazillion times the price of soy sauce.

This is basically a high quality soy sauce and can be used similarly. In my personal opinion it is a better flavor than mass production soy sauce and slightly less salty, though hardly low sodium by any means. We use it on veggies, in sauces and so on. I like the fact it is made in the USA.

I LOVE this stuff! Use it as a substitute for soy sauce in all my recipes. It has much lower sodium but very similar taste. Wonderful with oil on fresh kale (add a little garlic too). I like their nutritional yeast also- better for you than parmesan cheese.

This stuff is amazing. I am no health guru or alternative eater, but, I am a man with high blood pressure. This stuff packs tons of great flavor without the sodium overload. I use it for marinades, stir frys, and dressings. Like a smoky soy sauce.

Adds a new and different taste to your foods and recipes. Three bottle pack will last me the rest of the year. My daughter recommends putting some in a spray bottle to conveniently use on veggies and salads.
