Culligan AquaCleer AC-30 Reverse Osmosis System Compatible Replacement Cartridge, Filter, and Membrane - 4 Set

Why didn't I know about these sooner? I was paying Culligan an arm and a leg to maintain my RO until I learned it was easy to replace these myself. The filters fit my Culligan system just like the originals and it's not too complicated to install. Just watch a few YouTube videos and you'll be off and running, The water flow great with these filters, tastes great, and tests show they are doing a great job of filtering the water. So glad I learned about these.

Easy to install and works great. Water quality is great and tastes so clean. We have well water and our reverse osmosis system is the final step we use for filtered water and it helps SO much compared to our taps without R.O. Will definitely buy these filters again in 6 months. Well worth it.

Fits my elderly Culligan RO system perfectly. Takes a little time to install but very doable

I purchased these for my elderly neighbors' AC-30 RO unit. I was not sure how the originals were and if these would work. They are identical to the Culligan's at a much better price. They were easy to install. I replaced all 4 and my neighbor has been raving about how good his water tastes now (we have absolutely horrific water in our subdivision).

While these filters appear to be the same quality as the name brand filters, they simply do not filter well. I purchased a water test meter and tested my water after one year. It was still doing great at 7 ppm. I tested it again at two years and it was 12 ppm which is still good, but I decided to change to the new filters anyway. I then waited a week and tested the water. It was 67 ppm. I have tested a few times since and still get around 67 ppm. While it is an improvement from the 332 ppm that the incoming water tests at, it still is not in a range that is considered to be safe. The only posssible answer that I can come up with is that these are low quality filters.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Second time we purchased these filters. Fit great on my Culligan Reverse Osmosis System.

I have the Culligan AC30 clean water machine RO. I did some reviews and these came out pretty good so I went with it. The regular tap water TDS was 240. With the previous RO filters (that were 6 months old) I was at 50 TDS, after installing these, I was at 9 TDS. I did have to cut off the lower quarter inch on the reverse osmosis membrane, but that was easy- but kind of a pain. I would order these again. Except for having to cut off the bottom of the membrane to fit in, these went in perfectly and flushed out quickly. Very nice. They easily would have received five stars had I not have had to cut off the bottom of the membrane mount. It does seem and though it would just twist out with a pair of pliers; there was a clear break in the membrane mount for the additional length that I had to cut off. If they could make that so it could be pulled out with pliers (thereby allowing it to fit into multiple different brands of RO machines) instead of having to be cut out, these things would get 10 stars!

These 4 filters fit my Culligan AC-30 reverse osmosis perfectly. I watched a YouTube video on how to change the filters. Easy to do. It feels great not having to pay Culligan their exorbitant prices for some simple water filter maintenance!

Great replacement for Calgon system

I'm not sure why someone said that the one filter is too long. Yes it doesn't go into the unit first, but you can slide it into the housing then slide the housing on no issues. This appears to be a great product especially for the price when compared to the Culligan brand.

Be careful of ordering this item. It does not fit the Culligan water system. The filters we received from UrbanInspirations is completely unusable for us. It seems it is for a possible older AC-30 system where on can unscrew and replace the filters. Our AC-30 system is a newer system and there is no opening and replacing of the cartridge. The filter and outer housing are integrated together - so the entire cartridge has to be replaced. Make sure your system is not an integrated system before ordering. These AC-30 cartridges has one attachment point which is incompatible with our AC-30 Culligan system. Our AC-30 system requires cartridges with two attachment points. Had quite the run around before I was able to finally get a refund.
