This is a must buy, the bass is awesome for just being powered by a usb cord and very clear sound, I'm very happy with this purchase

I bought these speakers a couple of years ago. To my experience these speakers offer impressive sound quality for their low price point. The audio is clear, and the bass is surprisingly decent for such an affordable product. The USB-powered design is a huge plus—it eliminates the need for extra outlets, making them super convenient for use with a computer or other devices. Their compact size and lightweight design are also standout features, fitting nicely on a desk or in small spaces without being intrusive.However, there are a few drawbacks. The cables are quite short, which limits placement options and makes it hard to set up the subwoofer on the floor while keeping the satellite speakers on the desk. Another inconvenience is that the volume and bass controls are located on the back of the subwoofer, which can be tricky to access, especially if it’s tucked under a desk or behind furniture. Lastly, while the sound quality is decent for everyday use.To make these speakers even better, longer cables would provide more flexibility for setup. Relocating the controls to a more accessible spot—or adding a remote control—would make adjustments a breeze.Overall, these speakers are a fantastic option for the price, offering solid performance for casual use, but a few tweaks could take them to the next level!

Not bad it works perfectly just not the greatest with bass of course main sub but speakers not really

It would not let me turn up the volume. The volume was always low and it would just wasn't a good product in my opinion.

So this is a good system if you want a crisp sound . If you are looking for BIG bass this is not the unit! For obvious reasons anyone who knows about quality sound at very high volume you need to pay some good money . The company would have an ideal product considering price if they would include a power block. They seem to market this product as a "plug in your laptop " and get great sound . Maybe thats possible at a lower volume . I plugged in mine to a 1.5 amp 5 volt block that was tested and in good working order. I had it connected to a record player via aux jack to rca adapter I got a lot of clipping at 3/4 way volume . The crisp sound that it produced was pretty impressive though it was seldom clipping .At full volume it was shut itself down after 10/ 15 seconds, probably a safe mode feature in the electric circuit. I did not have or another higher amprage power block but Im pretty sure that was the issue. I did not connect to my laptop in fear that it would draw to much power from the usb port and did not want to risk burning that port. I probably would have kept it if I had a better power block which I think it needed. Over all sound was very crisp the highs were really excellent bass was better heard at lower volume. I really would not suggest plugging this into a laptop usb until one could find out first what the amp draw/capacity is on your laptop, tv , or any other device with a usb powered port unless you can care less for that particular device. My opinion, a sufficient power block would be a 5 volt 3 amp or higher for this to live a long healthy life . Sound is good!

Super cute and sounds good had a problem and seller immediately helped

I was hesitant to buy this looking snobbishly at the price. I am used to my Home Theater setup with 13 speakers two of which are 12” Subwoofers.It however turned out that the MSI monitor I bought did not have built in speakers. I will say that being a Gamer most of the time I play with Headphones on. But occasionally I like to play using speakers instead.Amazon is great and stands behind the things they sell, so I thought for about $30 what can I lose other than maybe some time. So I pulled the trigger and ordered the speakers.Well I am amazed at the sound. No this is not concert hall audiophile but compared to most built in monitor speakers they sound terrific at less than the cost of the sales tax I normally would pay for speakers. The voices are clear and the music and gunshots sound pretty darn good.Now to the Cons: First I wish they had included an on off switch as I did not plug the usb power into my PC but instead opted to plug into a power cube and wall outlet. This is no biggy as the outlet is close and I just unplug the power when not in use.Second AI wish they had either put the volume and bass controls on the front of the Subwoofer or instead included a remote to power the unit on and off in addition to controlling the volume. Again this is not a major issue as the sub is small and close by on my desk.So if you need to get an inexpensive set of speakers because you do not like how the ones in your monitor sound, or if your monitor has no speakers and you want to add this feature, then give these little guys a listen you may, like me be surprised at how good they sound.
