Can these plant be kept outside on a hot country?

I'm sure this plant would be fine outside but you would best ask the seller regards temperature it can withstand.

Can you put this outdoors in the garden

I’d imagine you can. It does state indoor/outdoor but I’d be inclined to keep it in a shaded part as strong sunshine and heat could damage it.
