S.H.A.P.E.: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life

I gave a 5 star rating because this book clearly shows how important it is to know what to do with your purpose in life after you know what your PURPOSE truly IS.The reason I choose this book is because I teach a small groups single women ministry class along with two other teachers at my church. We considered this book because it clearly teaches us the personal calling of each and every one of our Spiritual Gifts. If you do not know what your Spiritual Gift is by the time you finish seeing the video, reading all of the chapters in the book and working through the work book, then you are not ready to GIVE of yourself to others.I highly recommend this book to all Small Group Ministries and individuals wanting to learn more about themselves and who are ready to find their true purpose of what God has for them to do.

I loved the purpose driven life when it came out in the 90's and my church had studies based on the book which i went to. This book gets you to find your gifts and talents and guides you to where you would find the best fit to do them. I like the purpose driven life book better. Its a classic. I was curious about this. Now that I read it I can pass it on. I'm keeping my purpose driven life book. Its one of my favorites.

Out of the many books I own this has been one of the most life changing books that I have ever read or taught. It makes you think, it makes you look at who you really are and what is your purpose. I am going to teach this book to my children and young adults. If you commit yourself to embrace what the writer is trying to tell you and do some of the things, It will help you to figure out why you were made and your purpose. I have been on a 2 year journey of discovering myself. I'm in my early 20's and as soon as I opened this book God began to show me so much about who I am and what it is that I'm called to do. I'm amazed at how God used this book to help me get to know myself and be confident in who He created me to be. Excellent read in discovering you and your purpose. Recommended :)

If you have been wondering what you were put on earth for and what does YOUR life mean, then this book will help you answer those questions. It will then take you step by step into getting into your role of purpose (SHAPE) for a more fulfilling life. I am not there yet but I am well on my way and more hopeful than ever. Easy to read, not super "churchy", and would be even more amazing to go through with a book club or small group of close friends.
