Works Very Well ... Be Careful!
I am having chronic constipation. I am a 77 y/o man whose diet contains plenty of fiber, but one never knows. My initial attempt to relieve this was to take Myralax. Took it several nights in a row without relief. Then I took two of these laxatives at bedtime. No relief overnight, but mid afternoon things almost exploded and continued for several hours. The next time I was having trouble a couple of weeks later, after the Myralax attempts (again), I took one of these at bedtime. No relief overnight, but by mid afternoon I felt the need and got some relief with lots of gas. This was followed by a few hours of containable activity, much less explosive than with two pills. So, I was pleased that they worked, but think they are a bit strong. I had previously tried another laxative my girlfriend gave me, but it took three nights and the maximum dose to get any action. I guess I'd like to find a compromise, but I've got to recommend these pretty well as they WORKED. Just start with one and give it at least 24 hours. Don't be too far from a your bathroom during that time. Also, you may have increased gas. :-)

Gentle
I have lots of problems with my bowels and hate when laxatives give me cramps. These are too gentle for me but would be great for kids. No cramps and easy to take.

I was constipated for like 4 days Tried Marilax, didn't work First time trying these, toke 2 pills at around 8pm And the next morning Let's just say I got relief 💩 had my morning coffee about 2-3 hours later more relief 💩 So for me these work wonders and I didn't have to take these more than once to get the results I wanted.
