These work great, at least for me. I have lupus and RA and have had trouble sleeping for the last 30 years. Doc's have tried everything on me and nothing works. This works, the first year I only took one but now I need to do two and within an hour I am yawning and ready to sleep and I sleep through the night. So I highly recommend anybody trying it if you have trouble feeling sleepy.

I cant rave about these enough. Both of my children have a hard time falling asleep. This is a safe way to help them calm and rest to fall asleep. They love the flavor. They call it their "bedtime treat."

Tastes great. When dissolved under the tongue, it works quickly. Will definitely re-order when I'm out.
