I have severe osteoporosis as a 70 yo female. I have had 5 leg fractures plus 3 other fractures in a year. I struggled to walk with a walker, 8 months after last leg fracture. My new chiropractor recommended the Osteo B Plus. After taking it for a little over a month, my mobility is greatly improved. Still walking with support, but continue to improve everyday. My pain has gone from 7 out of 10 many days to no pain to 2 in my legs. I also had chronic ankle pain with tendonitis for almost 2 years and that pain is not even present most days. I have taken a lot of pain meds and I have tried several osteoporosis supplements and this is the first one that has helped with my pain. A wonder supplement for me.

This is by far the best vitamin I have ever taken. I've been using this for over 10 years. It gives me energy and I'm 71 years old. I run around our house like the Energizer Bunny. I would recommend this product.

Naturopath recommended this brand. She researches for quality supplements. Hard to tell if it really helps however no problems from it.

After a few months of taking this, the signs of bone depletion reduced by 20%, according to my doctor. I'll rate this again after my next dexa scan if it's actually helped repair bone loss. It may help prevent bone loss, but it would be super if it could repair the loss I already have.
