I’ve tried several dog shampoos over the years, but this has quickly become my go-to for my golden retriever. My dog has pretty sensitive skin, and this shampoo has been a game-changer.First off, the smell is amazing—light, clean, and not overpowering. After a bath, my dog smells fresh for days without that artificial “dog perfume” scent some shampoos have. More importantly, it really soothes dry and itchy skin. The combo seems to calm irritation, and I’ve noticed far less scratching since we started using it.It lathers well and rinses out easily, which makes bath time quicker and less stressful for both of us. I also appreciate that it’s free from harsh chemicals and made with natural ingredients. The bottle lasts a long time, too—just a little goes a long way.If your dog has dry or sensitive skin, or if you’re just looking for a high-quality, gentle shampoo that leaves their coat soft and shiny, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

pricey, but a little truly goes a long long way in the bath. our dog is (most likely- rescue) a mix of 2 of the breeds among the most notorious for genetic skin issues, and has had a long history of urticaria/hives (which we were never able to identify a trigger for) as well as a few growths, a couple of which required vet intervention. she has also had very minor staph. well, her skin and coat has literally never looked/been doing better since we started using this line. i personally did a ton of research and looking around, and i'm truly satisfied with our experience with duoxo s3. we use the wipes and foam from this line too. i had reservations about the price and the fact that it's fragranced, but i honestly feel the former is worth it and the latter hasn't caused any sort of problem + is mild and pleasant. if i recall correctly it's also specifically "hypoallergenic fragrance" —genius, why don't i see this on more pet products! i really think a shampoo that's both antiseptic & antifungal— while still being gentle and hydrating— is the right move when it comes to caring for an animal that spends a lot of time outdoors (though obviously moderation is key as overuse of such strident ingredients would not be ideal).

This does not cure your pet's itching but it temporarily helps. So you still will need to figure out the root cause of the itching (environmental, nutrition, etc) but using this will provide temporary relief. Probably need to use it every 4-7 days. The problem is, for the price it is somewhat unrealistic. The bottle is very small. You will only get maybe 8-10 baths out of this small bottle. My dog weighs about 40-45lbs. Larger dogs you will get even less.

We have battled Giardia for 9 months. Countless rounds of medications. All that time we've been wiping feet and booty with dog wipes. No matter what we do, our poor dog just keeps getting it back. Until this. After reading on a Reddit that someone wiped feet/booty with this, we started soaking dog wipes in this in a large plastic container. After consistently wiping (along with other measures), we are finally Giardia free. I swear, this stuff was the difference. Being able to clean the dogs off after they come in from outside. This stuff is worth its weight in gold. Non-irritating, smells good (nothing fancy but definitely not bad). This stuff is AMAZING.

This is a must buy if you have a fur baby with allergies. Daily I wash my dogs paws with this and it helps them with the irritation and itching. A lot of shampoo in this so itDoes last a while! No chemical smell and leaves the fur soft and shiny. Cleans well and helps with the redness of the skin. I also have the foam if the allergies get really bad I will use both, usually only need to use both in the spring time.

Bought this after a recommendation from our vet and it has worked wonders. Our 3 year old chocolate lab has had skin issues since we adopted him and nothing seems to work. Since we started using this soap once a week, the red, itchy skin has gone away and his fur is growing back. It easy to use instead of your standard dog shampoo, the bottle was a little smaller then I expected but a little goes a long way.
