Yes, there is a size chart on the site. XXL is a true 44 - 46 waist which they posted. ( Always thought XXL was 46 - 48) Changes for different brands. Length comes at about the knee on my husband for this brand.

Q: Do these shorts have a inner liner?

Yes, they do have a lining in a different fabric than the out side mesh fabric. These shorts are high quality for the money.

Q: How do I contact the seller? I don't see the information anywhere.

Look at the confirmation email that Amazon sent you when you ordered the product.... it should contain all of the necessary information you need.
