Well made, silent
Set these up in my gym from a ceiling mount - really nice smooth action, silent pulleys and a pleasure to use. After a couple of months I can find no evidence of wear or deterioration. Recommended

Parts Missing
The pulley system was delivered with a strap missing,, so although the items are good quality, I can only give this purchase 3 stars as a part was missing

I only went for this pulley system as it came with the hanging straps and Carabiners! I'm very disappointed that the hanging straps and carabiners aren't in the package.

Don't buy! Misleading advert
The pulley is fine, but the product doesn't come with carobeanas or straps, it's literally just 2 pulleys. Not worth it for that price, look elsewhere!

Awesome addition to my home gym!
I've been working out at home properly for around 8years now & although over the years i have slowly built up a small collection of weights & equipment there's certain exercises you just can't do properly without the right machines & unfortunately they are expensive & bulky which doesn't help when you are limited to a small space.Which is where these LFJ pulleys come in as they allow you to do a wide range of cable exercises that you just can't do with a standard bench & dumbbells, obviously you will need to get grips, cable & a loading pin but once you have all that they let you do a wide range of exercises for a fraction of the cost of the expensive machines.Thankfully for me i do have a pullup bar which allowed me to get this whole system set up in no time at all as i just had to wrap the strap round & connect the pulley with the carabiner clip, attach the weights & i was good to go, plus the best part when i'm done i can pack it all away in to a small box & have the full use of my room again which i couldn't do if i had a cable machine. The pulleys themselves look nice & strong so should be capable of lifting the 150kg's as stated in the specs however i can't test this as i don't have that many plates here right now.I like how there's 360 degree movement on the top ring to allow for movement.Currently i just have a pair of standard grips to use with these right now so i'm not getting the most out of the pulleys but with the addition of a rope & bar attachment you can unlock even more exercises.Overall though i'm really happy with these pulleys from LFJ & just looking forward to getting the extra attachments so i can unlock the pulleys full potential & make them a part of my daily routine.

Very quiet, smooth in use. Perfect for home gym.
I've clipped two of these to D-loops screwed to the roof joists of my garage to create a pull-down and tricep push-down machine using free weights on a weight pin.The pulleys are very quiet and smooth in operation, as they have bearings in. They are very heavy duty, and the loop on top can swivel to take up minor changes in direction. You can remove the top loop and screw the pulley directly to the roof if you wish.By using two pulleys, I was able to locate the weight stack out of the way in a corner, and put the tricep rope / pull down bar in the middle of the space, some distance from the weight stack.I am going to secure another D-loop to the floor so I can unclip one of the pulleys and relocate it to create a curl machine. The price of £24 for a pair is very good. You will need D-loops and a wire rope, which I already had from a different project. I'm using free weights on a pin because I already had them, but you could just tie a sack of rocks or a concrete block to the end of the rope. My old setup featured a metal bucket filled with sand.
