couldnt get on with it
was used a couple of times and got very frustrated with it. being cheap i thought id give it a go but it failed to deliver was hard to get the phone to line up with the eye pieces, buy the time i got it sorted the clouds came over. save your money and buy a decent adapter like the celestron nexyz which is a lot more user friendly and sturdier.

Works like intended
I first struggled to align the camera with the eyepiece. Then, I found YouTube videos on how to do it. Search YouTube for "connect your phone to any telescope" or "telescope mobile holder."

Good value phone mount
Seems reasonable quality for the money, can be a bit fiddly to set up properly but once set up it takes good photos .

Standard spotting scope yet this will not fit over lens.Thrown in the rubbish bin.Do not buy this cheap tat.

Ideal in a situaion where you have not got camera and only your monocular. Works well and stable as can get.

The clamp is on the small sideI had to remove the shin and the rubber pad th get it to fit my spotting scope

Works pretty much as intended. Takes time to set up, but once it's in place it stays in place well

Works, though not easily
This inexpensive little adapter did manage to hold my iPhone 8 Plus against the eyepiece of a monocular mounted on a tripod for a few birdwatching photos. It fit the monocular only once I removed one of the "V" braces. It's very finicky to set up, requiring fine adjustments to get to the exact center of the monocular's eyepiece, and the adapter has no provision for fine adjustment, just a wingnut to tighten onc everything's lined up. The location of the iPhone's camera lens also allowed some light to bleed through even once it was adjusted to best view. The spring-loaded clamp to hold the phone is very secure, very strong, but makes repositioning the phone in the clamp a two-handed job.Certainly a good value and an inexpensive accessory, but one that requires patience to set up and use. It did clamp to my tripod easily enough, and produced some reasonably good pictures.
