Was previously using the $40 Taco Marine D-seals. You get seven feet for that money. For all our deck hatches this worked great. And you get a lot more for just a little more money. Sticks to gelcoat very well, goes on easily, turns 90 degree hatch corners without crumpling up. Just perfect for boat deck hatches.

Adhesive is not high quality, however it does not appear to leave residue. The gasket itself is decent. If you have an application where pressure will be straight down on the seal and your surface is flat, it is likely sufficient.

I used this as bunk-end seals for an Expandable hybrid camper. The old ones had UV deteriorated. Most difficult part was getting old D Channel adhesive off of the camper wall. (Aeetone worked great with a fair amount of elbow grease) Once done and I cleaned the surface of the camper, this new seal went on in about 10 minutes. Stuck very well, when I closed the bunk end, everything was tight, no water can get in between now. Enough left over to work on the storage doors next. Very pleased.

This worked well to seal an RV hatch that was leaking. The hatch originally was sealed with the seam 1/2 way up one side. This allowed moisture to get into the hatch. I used this Trim-Lok seal to replace the original seal and it is now completely water tight. The seal is small and works well for applications that require minimal thickness. It seems completely water tight so far. The adhesive seems really good also though I have only used it for a few months so far.

Poor adhesion but overall good product--though not really justifiable. The quality over less expensive alternatives will not be noticeable to most.
