The nipple is not as said. My grand baby was very unsatisfied with her nipple with was too rubbery. I tried to contact the seller and was told to send a picture so they could fix the problem then a couple hours after they contacted me back before I could get home to send it and give me this spill on not accepting used returns.

Product is really cheap especially the pacifier I can understand if the pacifier is cheap but for twenty plus dollars I didn’t expect the naming to be scratching off the pacifier clip already my daughter only had it 3 days

***Update***The seller contacted me and promptly sent me a new pacifier clip with the correct name on it. It is adorable and I now have the set I ordered. I was just going to use the pacifier and not bother with the clip, but I definitely appreciate the seller making it right and I will now gladly use both together. Rating changed to 5 stars.The biggest issue was I ordered them to be personalized with the name “Mayfair” and the pacifier clip came personalized with “Marlei”. I wonder if Marlei’s mom got a paci clip that said “Mayfair”? Since the personalization is a huge thing and the reason I paid $20 for a pacifier and clip, I have given the item 2 stars. For $20, I’m not going through the hassle to package up and return. We’ll use the pacifier, I guess.🤷🏻‍♀️
