Protechnic 40mm x 20mm Silent Fan (MGA4012LF-A20) Fluid Dynamic Bearing 20.02 dBA

I used this fan to cool a rain proof box I built to house a solar panel charge controller for my travel trailer. It pushes more than enough air through the box to keep the electronics at ambient air temperature. I run the fan directly off the 12V panel output and it draws less than 0.1 amp/hour so I can leave the box and panel hooked up 24/7 without drawing the battery down durning night time. The fan VERY VERY quite and cannot be noticed when set up in the campsite next to the travel trailer.

Fairly quiet and blows a decent amount of air. I got it to replace a broken fan for my E3D Chimera and used a tiny adapter to fit it onto the Chimera's heatsink. It's working great and it's pretty quiet compared to the stock fan. It's everything I was hoping for, which probably doesn't sound like much for a cheap 40mm fan.

It has a good cooling airflow, however it is noisy. I have a noctua 40mm x 20mm and that one is silent in comparison to this fan. I think that for the price, this fan is "meh" at best. It doesn't respond to PWM properly, as the high-pitched whine is always there

Quiet, looks to have decent build quality, and moves enough air, given how little noise it puts out.

Doesn't move much air, but it's pretty small. It is quiet though. I can hardly hear it.

Works well, no complaints. Quieter than most. I would think the volume of airflow would have been more but it suffices for me.

Correct size and fit, not as quiet as I had hoped, but definitely quieter than the original equipment.

Fan whines horribly. Not recommended
