I bought this with the sole intention of making my daughter heart shaped eggs in the mornings. It works great for that. I’m sure it could cut some mean heart shaped cookies as well, but not in this house. Little flimsier than I envisioned it being, but that doesn’t really matter to me. My daughter is happy, so I’m happy!

I actually bought this to cut into styrofoam, I know, not the intended use. At best it scored the ‘smooth’ styrofoam & it was slightly better on the rough floral styrofoam; providing a slightly rough cut that I can easily ‘sand out’ with another piece so no biggie. If you’re buying it for similar reasons, keep this in mind; also kind of on the flimsy side and if you’re not careful you can easily bend it. I might try heating to cut through, I could use my electric styrofoam cutter and freehand cut it but mine is a hand held and this was a cheaper alternative, or at least I thought so. The sloth in me also hoped it would be faster.... anyways....Now, if you’re using it for cutting into dough like materials, I say go for it! Since they are kind of flimsy, careful storing them and if you’re using them with kids they can easily be warped & bent up badly. This is the also the reason I gave it a 4 star. For the reason I purchased it I’d give it a 2 but that wouldn’t be fair to the product. I might try sharpening it a bit... who knows 🧐🤪

I made savory pastries on Valentine's day using this cookie cutter. It was the perfect size!

This cookie cutter probably does work well for cookies but I used mine for heart shaped donuts and it worked great. I had a little issue with the shipping, when I received my product it was damaged during shipping but, the company was kind enough to send me a new one and the second one came in perfect condition. This cookie cutter is pretty big, so if you want a big heart then go with this one!!

Rusted quickly even following care instructions. It's also not flat which doesn't matter for cookies but I was using for heart pancakes and because it's lopsided, the batter just leaked out the sides. I wouldn't have changed my rating for that, since not using as intended but the rust is why I'm giving it one star. I only used it once before it rusted.
