I bought it on the fall of 2017 and took it in every winter. I took it out this spring 2021 and it blew a leak. The spray is light and cheap but it worked. It cracked in cold weather after a couple years. Overall it's not bad when it works but it won't last.

Warning: Hose is only true to size if you have the right water pressure. I ordered 100 feet and am only getting about 75 feet of useful hose.This company is great.... they sent me an additional 75' hose to help extend the original, knowing that my water pressure is not enough to get full extension. Thank you! Very kind.

I purchased the TRUTEC 75 foot black hose and liked it so much that I purchased the 100 foot hose for my sister. She is thrilled with it. The holder is really unique, and she says she loves the look of it on her house. My sister is so hard to buy for and I'm so glad I found this hose for her.P:S: the color is a beautiful green.

Poor design. Does NOT work as described. Hose will not roll back up. Do not order. Amazon was great with refund process (as usual).

I've only used this twice, and I love it. You cannot kink it, it is extremely light, and swivels, so it doesn't get stuck. The 100 feet is really long, but I can finally reach the outer edges of my gardens. I have tried 3-4 other kinds of no kink hoses, and they all kinked, or are just very heavy. It comes with a multiple sprayer and a switch to slow or stop water flow.

Works so far.. one season on it with the only problem being the joint at the nozzle end. The hose cover comes off when attempting to remove the spray nozzle, ie the wrong joint breaks loose. It was necessary to tighten it with a wrench to prevent this but it isn't a permanent fix.Maybe Loctite will help??

I like the product, it is lightweight and the pressure is good. Unfortunately, it sprang a leak but their customer service was excellent and they are getting me a replacement. I'd say if your top priority is a lightweight hose this is a good choice.

We had a problem with the hose that was sent, but the vendor replaced it with no trouble and we've been using the new one pretty much every day. Works great! retracts quickly and easily.
