I purchased this brand new almost 8 months ago. I have been using this brand for almost 30 years and never had a problem until I purchased this one and from this seller. It died on me as I was getting ready to use it. I checked all possible issues it could’ve been even outside of the dryer. So upsetting. My past blowdryers from this brand use to last beyond my expectations- 10 years of solid use is wild. I take care of my equipment properly because of doing so I believe that’s why they lasted.Now, I’m stuck without a pro dryer until I get the funds up for a new one that I think would be good.

I had to repurchase this hairdryer as I shorted my old in it Italy - I had it for 10 years. Professional quality and the smaller size is great for traveling.

Overall, great blowdryer. The interface with the blue and red is a little confusing, and the cord is a bit long, perhaps for salon use. But the pros way outweigh the cons.
