18”x29” - very sturdy - no mil on pkg. Fits very well in the ubbi pail.

Is the litter scoop stainless steel as well?

Based on how light it is, I would not say it is stainless steel inside. However, I’ve been using it for six months now with zero issues using a heavy litter and I still love it.

Can it be used with standard litter genie?

I’m not sure. I used to use the litter genie but much prefer the Ubi container and bags for litter which I bought this past year. The bags are less expensive and hold ALOT but may not fit the litter genie once full unless u waste a lot of bag to use for the litter genie. The Ubi’s opening is larger and I find it easier all the way around. Good luck😻
