Can I tilt and swivel the head?

It will tilt up and down but will not swivel, and you can move this cam to any place as long as there is a flat place.

There is a red power light on, but there is supposedly an internet icon to the left. that is not lit? is it supposed to be? what’s its purpose?

The green light displays ONLY when the camera is delivering output. The red light means it has power, not that it is recording or active. When i use zoom, the green light displays when the video feed is on. the Red light is on all the time that the camera is plugged into USB and the computer is providing power.

I purchased this product and there is a Sound Lag between what you see on camera and what is recorded please advise

I had the exact same issue. I found a video online that said to turn off the "Low Light Compensation" setting to fix, and it seemed to work! The audio lag was immediately gone. Very strange, but it worked.

Color is terrible, tinted on purple side. computer is new hp omen with nvidia med high end graphics so no problem there, can you adjust colors?

Based on my experience, try adjusting the light in your room, avoid light behind you or too much on yourself. There is no drive to update, might try connecting to a different USB port on the p/c; but I found no way to make color adjustments to the camera. The quality of what you see from others is greatly dependent on both the other person(s) and your internet speed. My camera is connected to a Dell desktop and get excellent picture on my 24" Samsung monitor.
