I started taking these gummies in an attempt to help lose weight I've put on from over eating. My intention was not to include exercising and just take the gummies and hoped they would just suppress my appetite enough to shred off unwanted pounds over the course of a few months.Day 1 I opened the bottle and everything was all slimy and melted together and it smelled terrible. Thankfully they didn't taste at all like how they smelled.We are now months later and I'm ordering my 5th and 6th (2 pack) bottles of these. These are surprisingly effective at suppressing my appetite to the point I went from eating way too often to almost not eating at all, and I'm only taking 3 a day on most days.I did not weigh myself prior to starting, but going off of my most recent doctor visit, I'd guess these gummies helped me lose maybe 1lb - 2lbs a month without including exercise. I am now also exercising and these gummies are helping keep me from over indulging after workouts as well as possibly helping contribute to burning fat (I have no proof of this.)At the very least these work to curb my appetite. Whether they are also helping in other ways is yet to be proven. For that reason alone I will continue to take these, and possibly even keep them on hand in the future to help keep my appetite in check

I’m using my husbands account but I’m a 28 year old female that’s been using this item for about 3 days.To start off the gummies are all stuck/clumped together. It’s not easy getting these out.The first day I took 3. I was fine. Second day I took 6 (like the bottle says) which I felt was a little excessive. After taking the 2nd batch of 3.. I had HORRIBLE anxiety and felt like crap. I only took 1 today and felt like crap.Because there’s so much vitamin B in these.. it gives my pee a green tint (I’ve looked it up on google). Which I don’t like at all.These upset my stomach and give me way too much anxiety. My heart rate has also been up.The only thing I will say it definitely does is make your appetite disappear. I’m no longer snacking. BUT I much rather feel good VS just not have hunger.I don’t recommend anyone taking these.My husband wanted me to try these since I’ve been having a difficult time losing weight but I rather not deal with all the stuff these gummies are doing.I’d return these but apparently there’s no returns on these. I probably should’ve done more research before buying these.

These are multivitamins. there’s a bit of caffeine in them, but they will not help you loose weight. However, it’s hard to get a multivitamin without sleep causing amino acids, and they do help me feel good.be prepared to fight to get a gummy out of the bottle. they stick together in one large clump. I get them all out at once and then coat with corn starch.the peach flavor is awful, that’s why these are on sale I guess.

This is a good product...it took awhile for me to see a difference. But it did lower my appetite and cravings. TY

It’ll be good to get two for one, but this is a very good product not for weight loss but the vitamin content in this gummy is amazing. Thumbs up.

Product arrived today in one hard lump, dry and hard. They smell like chemicals, not very appealing. I will try them but will not buy them here again.
