Mild and nice
Very mild and non habit forming sweet piils and give a sound sleep touchwood, i sincerely thanks amazon because since my mama expired I didn't sleep for more tha 1 t 2 hrs at night now I get to sleep atleast 4 hours 🙂 Thank you Amazon for your love and support and your gift cards, God bless your company with billions and trillions of good wishesh and blessings. Instead of giving sleep, made me more sleep deprived
Falling asleep is a problem for me and I take 2-3 hours on bed to fall asleep. Used it for 2 days, and could not sleep the entire night. Nothing else changed except for this pill.

A bit pricier for 3 strip of tablet and kind of habit forming* if used daily. Instead take magnesium or NAC supplements.
