Lush Healthy & Trailing
I ordered three different plants from Costa Farms and so far this one is the most satisfying and matching their description. Good sized 6inch pot plant packed with leaves and some part is already trailing. Package was ok, our delivery person is careless enough and always screw up with my plants upside down and shaked so it was understandable condition.Pictures are taken after rinsing out dirts on the leaves from the transportation. Very full, lush and bushy. Very satisfied and happy with this one!

Beautiful Plant - Easy to grow
I picked up this exact same Costa Farms plant at HD....Ended up absolutely falling in love with it and went back to buy a few more....Unfortunately there were no more. Luckily (thank you Amazon) I found them here.Costa Farms plants are VERY well packaged. The soil is secured with a plastic film (like the kitchen wrap stuff) around the grower pot before being placed into the decorative cache pot. The decorative pot is then secured with a cardboard wrap to further secure the pot, soil and keep the base of the plant from shifting. Then, it is placed into a cardboard insert that secures the pot in place preventing it from moving. All that is put into the shipping box that is made of a nice sturdy cardboard. Now let's get to shipping---More specifically, how it is handled when it is shipped- ay, there's the rub! This is where it is a crap shoot. Will they treat my plant with aloha or not? I think it depends on who happens to be working the day your plant goes through their hands. There are the people that take pride in what they do-even though you will never see their hard work behind the scenes...they see the clear markings on the box and they know it is precious cargo for someone. And then, there is always that one turd that sees that it is a plant and get personal satisfaction from doing everything they can to destroy the contents.Case in point, I ordered one plant one day and then two more about two days later. The first plant arrived. Box appeared intact, but you could see soil sticking to the box tape-you could hear the disheartening sound of broken ceramic pieces inside. Opened the box and the plant looked like it had been dropped in a blender. THIS does not happen with ordinary handling. Upon closer inspection, you could see some dents in the corner on the bottom of the box...it looks like the box was probably dropped straight down so the flat side would hit the ground...it must have been done a few times...because the cache pot bottom looks like it was forced up into the plant and broke-the top of the cache pot basically switched placed with the bottom by breaking in half. ********************Now the second delivery of two plants in two separate boxes. (Key up the peaceful instrumental music here.) Perfect. Not a bit of soil out of place. Every. Single. Individual. Stalk. Was. Perfect. It was like I went to the store and picked it out myself. This plant is beautiful. Costa Farms is an excellent company. There is a chance that your plant will be handled roughly. Now it's your turn to decide to roll the dice. In the meantime, I am going to order a couple more.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I've bought many Costa Farms plants over the years but this year is the 1st time I've bought on Amazon, NEVER AGAIN. I'm not delusional I don't expect a plant to come in excellent condition when shipped. I'm a plant whisperer so I don't mind nursing a traumatized green friend when they arrive, I haven't lost one until now. I've bought 3 plants through Amazon from Costa Farms the 1st 2 were palms and still MONTHS later have mealy bugs, I've had them in quarantine for about 6 months and because they're palms it's a freaking nightmare getting rid of them they literally get in the top of the trunks deep down and you have to repeat insecticide baths and chopping all their hair off over and over again. If you're lucky you may get rid of them on the 4th or 5th round providing the tree doesn't just give up and die. I'm invested in healing those two so I'm trying to get to the finish line. But THIS time I'm not chalking it up to a fluke, Costa Farms and this distributor have a SERIOUS problem and obviously they could care less. I ordered this polka dot begonia because our local nursery ran out and I don't know why it didn't dawn on me that I might have the same issue as the palms but honestly I've been dealing with trying to heal them for soooooo long that it's just become the norm.1st. Just on first blush when I opened the box I knew I was in trouble, the leaves were eaten through by bugs and necrosis. They were bent in half on every single leaf, which if you know this plant you also know that their leaves are the most important part. But I said hey I'll trim them up and get rid of the dead parts and see if I can get her to back to healthy. So a little water and into quarantine she went.2. I gave her a week to calm down and rehydrate but she's not looking any better in her stalks.3. With no improvement I knew we have a bigger problem (STILL not putting two and two together like an idiot) so I just took her to the kitchen sink to give her a little drink of a magic elixir I use for my medical grow. It requires her soil to be soaked all the way through though 1st.As I started watering her with a nice PH'd water with a hint of aloe concoction my newbie plants get before their 1st Dirty Girl Tea treatment allllll these fungus gnats just swarmed out if her soilAs I mentioned I have a medical grow but i also have thousands of dollars in other houseplants and can't jeopardize their health so in the trash this plant went. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Big and beautiful!
Arrived quickly and really well packaged. I've purchased several plants from Costa Farms and they have always been great quality and well priced. My Alocasia Jacklyn came in a 6-Inch self-watering pot, which it has grown very well in. It is big and beautiful and it gives me a lot of joy to look at it every day!

Perfect gift !
This plant is huge. I knew when I ordered it it was going to be big, but I didn’t think it would actually be the 2 foot tall plant that they advertised. It came in great condition. Didn’t even have a droopy leaf or anything. I was worried with the warm weather that it might have damage to it, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no damage at all . I checked for different invasive bugs and didn’t find anything. I do have it isolated just in case but this is a birthday gift for my sister. The basket that comes in is super cute too and it’s lined with plastic so you can just leave the pot that the plant comes in within the basket itself without any leakage. this was a great purchase and my first time buying any plants off of Amazon now that I know the condition it will not be my last .
