So far, I have had no issues. I primarily use this to charge my HP laptop and connect it to an external hard drive and Philips monitor. So far, I've had no issues with it. If you're looking for a docking station (especially with an HP laptop, I recommend this.

Didn't work for my laptop, but it's due to being an older laptop that may have made it work, not the actual device itself.

if you have an hp laptop, give this a try. I thought it was kind of waste and actually a little overpriced. it actually makes using the computer easier and adds to the user experience.to me this is more than a “usb hub” - it changes the way power is delivered to your computer - it connects solely through the USB-C port. it makes adding two additional monitors a breeze and while I don’t know this to be true- I think it helps the computer do the job. as a result a laptop I didn’t really like has become a tool I like using.

Garbage. Display port glitches out on my HP Omen monitor and now HDMI is malfunctioning. I always to to unplug and plug back in the usb-C cable. Ridiculous.Size is clunky, but it fits under my laptop stand. I wouldn't mind the size, but 0 of the 3 display ports function correction. So definitely a waste of space.Durability is trash. USB-C cord had wrinkles near the connector and has degraded the cable. Avoid.

Bought this to enable connecting dual monitors, printer, webcam, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and Ethernet to my new Lenovo Yoga 9. Works perfectly! I have two 27" monitors connected via the DisplayPort connections. I'm amazed that all this stuff can be run through one USB-C connection on the laptop, PLUS charge the battery at the same time. I've even plugged an external drive into the front USB-C port, and it's very fast at moving files.Be advised this ships in a plain brown box with not a shred of documentation or instructions. Yeah, it's pretty much straightforward to make all the connections, super easy. Watch YouTube for reviews if you want to see how it gets hooked up.

Works perfectly and just what I needed. I took away one star because it’s so pricey but no more so than anywhere else I looked.

This is a great docking station. Easy to set up and has everything I need for my home office. I looked at a number of docking stations and this one had the most options and a comprehensive description. Set up was super easy and my desk looks so much more tidy and organized. Fast delivery too. Highly recommended.

Item was a gift, but worked as expected.
