It cleans the patches very well. I actually use Pacifica brand patch. Works great.

I use every few times and does help stick better but does not make them super sticky, just gets a few uses more.

yeah this entire business is a scam pretty much. It says the eyepatch’s can last multiple uses but after the second it loses its stickiness and by the third it’s unusable. I use the wash like they recommend and follow every care instruction and yet they still don’t last. Absolutely not worth the money

Works great for cleaning the pads and extends their life BUT the bottle is so darn solid that you can't squeeze the soap out so you have to take the lid off and pour...There just isn't any give in the plastic bottle or this would have been a 5 star review!
