Easy to digest. Great way to get your daily fiber without eating a ton of salads that really have no nutritional value.

It’s like drinking cardboard-flavored jello
This stuff is digusting and I would recommend buying a different brand. Unlike other psyllium husk, this one has the consistency of a powder. When you mix it as instructed, it almost immediately thickens into a gelatinous substance. It has the consistency of jello, which makes it really horrible to drink. Even if you add a lot more water than the directions say, it maintains this thick texture. I would not buy this product.

I would highly recommend Himalaya Organic Psyllium Husk Powder, but you will need a small blender to mixed. Just arrived today and I just mixed one level tablespoon in 14 oz of water and consistency is excellent.
