The XL no. But after the first wash, I felt that it shrunk a bit. Hope it helps. But, overall the shirt is great, brings back memories from back in the day.

I'm not familiar with a warranty but I can attest to the quality of the shirt. The material and quality printed design are telling of an officially licensed product. I've had a blue one for a few months and washed a couple times. It's made of a good heavy quality cotton, it didn't noticeably shrink while the logo, color and stitching hasn't changed a bit since new. Love this shirt, wreaks of nostalgia!

It is not a super soft material. It is a typical cotton T-shirt, good quality. It is true to size.
