Solo LV Reading Machine and Video Magnifier

I was disappointed that it wasn't a LV because the manual shows a LV has a key on the key boardfor focus and a key for color. The key board I received with the reading machine did not have the focus key or the color key. The name on the machine is Eye Pal Solo. I received the machine with the wrong power cord. I sent the Machine back to the supplier and the supplier sent the machine back to me with the right power cord and machine works OK.
