I bought this for a weekend teen party, and it hasn’t left my kitchen counter- we love this machine. We use it everyday, and started making our own syrups too. It does drip on the counter, needs a sheet pan underneath to catch the melting ice. Other than that, great purchase.

First off this thing is a beast, if I dropped it, I’d be more worried about my floor than it, the thing is ridiculously sturdy and feels very professional. It’s very well priced for what feels like high end equipment, and it’s very easy to operate. On the cleaning end it can get a bit tedious to get it completely dry, but it’s not too difficult once you get the hang of it. Obviously this is an ice shaver so it is LOUD, but it’s very fast and has a decent hopper, so it’s not loud for very long. My only complaint is that the bowl could fit a little bit better under the shaver, I’ve had some issues with ice spilling. Using the right size cups and holding it under can definitely help, though.

Shaved the ice really fine and makes great snow cones. Take down to clean it is a little pain but we'll worth.
