There is no problem with the product or delivery person. However on opening the package the product box was badly crushed and damaged. Very poor delivery package.

I was excited to see that there was a product for the removal of lip hair. The strips themselves come in pairs. Obviously, one for the left side & one for the right. I tried using the strip following the instructions, however it left an entire sticky patch where I had applied it and was not removed after vigorous washing. The hair had also not been removed. I thought it was just me, so I left it for a week and tried again. However, the results were the same. A sticky patch with hair where it should have been clean and hair-free, and a rigorous amount of washing that would not go away. I'm afraid I will not be buying this product again.
