Moisturising yes, not effective at all for diabetic neuropathy
To be blunt. This does not alleviate the burning sensation in feet, caused by diabetic neuropathy, and shouldn't be marketed as such. On the other hand if you want a moisturising cream for dry feet, it does the job. It just shouldn't be marketed for diabetics as a neuropathic cream, because that is exactly what it is not.
