Good quality dried herb, which I use a LOT of in my cooking, so a 1kg bag was necessary. The flavour is great, there's definitely more than one simple kilo in here, and the price per gram was pretty enviable compared to a tiny pathetic glass jar from your average grocery store.I recommend you buy two or three kilner jars or similar for storage though, as the bag is NOT resealable and no amount of twist tying or pinning it will keep the smell from affecting everything in your cupboard and escaping making the thyme lose its flavour.

Never been disappointed by this company and this product is yet another that I can recommend.

Nice herb, all good except photo is very misleading.It came 500g like it should but It is only half of the bag not full like in the photo. Big bag but half of it is empty.

Firstly, the bag is enormous so you can share some with family. I use it as a herb but I also use it to nake my food look good. I am on a diet so I don't want a heavy marinade or garnish so if I have fish I spray low calorie oil on the top and then lots of thyme so it looks like a crust when it's cooked. It smells divine. I put it on meat for the same reason and into stews and casseroles
