Absolutely, i think? Not knowing what you have... Be sure that it goes where you want it though, i think itd tear soft fabric, like a thin puffer jacket. If i remember correctly there are images showing as much in the reviews. Also... I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. tennis shoes, dog coat and collar, jacket, fleece, backpack, bicycle...

What are the size ranges of these stickers and how many are there to a package?

if my memory serves correctly they come in 2 types. 1. Roll of 3*20 patch. 2. Smaller stickers cut in different shapes.

Can anybody comment on how these hold up in cold weather (below freezing), both on fabric (such as a jacket) and smooth surfaces (such as a helmet)?

So far, the adhesive has seemed to hold up to cold just fine. With soft fabrics that are super slick and "waterproof" (such as ultralight nylon shell etc) in areas that get flexed a lot and/or get a lot of stuff rubbing against it, (such as cuff area of jacket sleeves by wrists) a piece/section of the reflective product may start to loosen over time. But my jackets have been outdoors down to about zero degrees without any issues.

Is it machine washable on fabrics?

I placed some strips on the outer surface of my jackets and running pants etc. Depending on the type of the fabric, they stayed on pretty well after several washes.
