Precise Longwear Liquid Eyeliner, Waterproof, Smudge Proof

It’s 1:45 AM on 1/1/2026 and I just felt compelled to write this review so you KNOW how impressed I am. I have what I refer to as the oiliest eyelids in the word. I have tried every liquid eyeliner and nothing quite stays. Everything smudges. kVD, UD, Loreal, Maybelline, Eyeko, Tarte. I stumbled upon this one while looking for Canmake, which btw, also didn’t work too well on me. I figured bcs it’s so affordable I could try this one to practice my winged liner. I’ve used it a several times now and it stays put through it all. I’ve gone to bed with it on and it stayed put overnight even though I sleep with an eye mask on. Some minor flaking overnight, which is to be expected. That brings us to today. I got back from a NYE party, used a makeup remover wipe on my face and eyes (for regular makeup, not specifically for waterproof) and this stayed put. I’m very impressed. Of course it will come off with the appropriate product, but it will stay put until you’re actually ready to remove it. Pic is after I wiped my eyes twice. I just had this particular product on the wing only, I used other products to line my eyes. Will definitely be buying more. I’ve gotten at least 15 applications so far and it’s still going. One downside is I noticed a drop of product on the sink when I used it, but it was still applying product properly and precisely.

This is my all time favorite eyeliner and I can never find it in stores so I always have to come back to Amazon to order it. Many products say they're long lasting or water proof but aren't, this is not one of those products. I wear this to concerts and festivals because it lasts through sweat, tears, and me rubbing my eyes when I forget I have eyeliner on. I've slept in this and woken up with it so perfect I just kept it on the next day (I know you should always wash your face, but I'm on college and sometimes it just doesn't happen). This is SUPER easy to apply, I love the marker-like tip. It makes intricate wings super easy to draw on. And for something simple and professional, it literally takes me less than a minute to put on. As someone that wears eyeliner pretty much everyday, one of these will last me about 4 months at a time. Which means I buy eyeliner about 3 times a year which saves me a ton of money compared to how quickly my other eyeliner pens would dry out. If you're looking for your new favorite liner, you've found it.

Absolutely love this eyeliner! I usually use Stella eyeliner because it is so black, and waterproof. I ran out, and looked at some other brands on Amazon, and the reviews caught my eye on this one so I ordered it Well let me tell you I wore it today without any smudging, and went to take my makeup off, and I literally had to really scrub to remove it. I found my new eyeliner.

The felt tip is amazing and does nice clean lines and wings with little effort. My issue is that I am finding it smudges leaving black marks under my eye. 🐼 The kicker was when it was hotter today and with a little sweat it left a black line on my lid! Ugh! Time to get a different one ASAP!

You name it, I've tried it... Maybelline, tarte, Pat McGrath Labs, Revlon, Wet & Wild... This one tops them all. The fine felt tip helps with ultra precise cat eyes and the deep black pigment and stays on through nearly anything. With that, it can be a little tough to get off, but it doesn't make a mess. Love it. I'd love to see them try other bold colors or glitter/metallics.
