I’ll recommend it every time
This is one of my favorite products. I have added it to my subscriptions. It has brought so much peace to our daily lives. It can leave oil residue but it’s worth the clean up for the peace of mind with it being a natural product. It smells okay. Not wonderful like you’re sniffing the air, but not bad either. It’s its own smell.

Works great against ants but oily
Obviously it's oily. It's made from essential oils. But this stuff works and is non-toxic to humans and their pets. Not only does it kill ants (probably due to drowning more than anything) but they hate the smell and will avoid the area for as ling as a residue lasts. We spray it on the (slate) floor around the cats feeding area (wipe down after spray so it's not an oil slick) and the ants don't come back for a long, long time. Great stuff. Highly recommend.

Great product, but the spray bottles need serious improvement
The product itself is excellent. It works very well, and I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it is. The lemongrass/herbal scent is noticeable but not overpowering, and, unlike many bug sprays, it didn’t trigger my asthma. I also appreciate that it’s pet-safe, which was one of the main reasons I chose it. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the spray bottles. I purchased multiple bottles, and two of the sprayers never worked at all. A third bottle worked well initially but eventually clogged and stopped spraying while there was still about half the product left. The liquid is great, but it’s incredibly frustrating when you can’t get it out of the bottle. I ended up having to transfer the product into a different spray bottle just to use it. If Raid improved the quality of the sprayer, this would easily be a five-star product. The formula is effective and pleasant to use—the packaging is what lets it down.

Gets them with one squirt.
This bug spray is fast-acting. If you are squeamish like me (read afraid of bugs), you may appreciate this.

Oh so oily!
Bought this because it is Raid (I grew up in the 70s and 80s with those animated bug commercials, and that's kinda how Raid products work) and description said it's safe around pets and people. Can't tell if this product works or if the bugs just get caught like monsters in the tar pit and die trying to get out. It is SO OILY and it does not dry it remains on surfaces. Your kitchen cabinets will look like you're running a short-order diner. Oil everywhere it touches. The kitchen floor became a skating rink when slippers picked up some residue and left oily footprints everywhere. What I did find it useful for is the back of the cabinets under the sink around the hole for the drainpipes. A remote buggy gateway away from the daily action where you want a tar pit. Also used under the plant pots. There is herby essential oil smell that is strong when first applied then lingers. For the price I'll stick to the indoor/outdoor mint mixture.

This stuff works.
The smell is kind of strong a weird lemon oil type smell that does get kind of overwhelming. Still not as bad as some other pest control products. And it’s oily and messy. You have to wipe it off after you feel it’s done it’s job. But the insects are stopped in their tracks. Drops flying insects on contact in midair and crawling insects begin staggering when they come in contact. I have 2 five pound dogs and it didn’t appear to affect them at all. Which is why I tried it. I’ll definitely use it again.

Pet Safe Raid
This is a great product! It kills the insects as stated on the bottle. I only use pet safe insect sprays since I have three cats. I was unable to find this in local stores.

Listen to the bad reviews
Calling this a safe kid/pet friendly version of raid is a joke. Listen to the other bad reviews. Makes the entire house reek of a chemical smell for hours and hours, honestly way longer than just normal raid. Also, the oily film it leaves is borderline impossible to get up. I had to mop and scrub my floors multiple times to remove the oily slick it left. Horrible, horrible product.
