This is a great replacement for the shoe holder I had, which was hard to put shoes into as the slots were too small. I use this one for my summer shoes and works shoes, keeping it in the downstairs closet for easy access. The holder fits over the door easily and stays put. Make sure the door you'll be using is normal-wide, not a skinny door. Everything fits well and the pockets keep their shape. I love the look of the marble print and the gold trim; it adds life to the closet. I haven't yet determined what I'll put in the larger pockets at the bottom but I'll figure something out. Recommended.

At first sight I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful packaging and well thought out layout of this organizer. This makes a very lovely gift as well. This is a decent storage solution for lighter or smaller shoes. It hangs over your door via a set of wire hooks. They tend to slide around a bit, so we did get some 3M strips to stick them to the door so the whole thing wouldn't swing every time we opened/closed the door. It holds kids shoes just fine, but the adult shoes we put in here were too heavy for it and caused the whole thing to bow. Overall, it's good for lighter storage, but wouldn't work if you're looking to store adult tennis shoes, etc.

It's not unattractive but the gold trim is a bit flashy for me. Works fine to get kids shoes off the floor. The hooks did initially scratch up the top of the door frame. The hanging hooks were a bit larger than what my door is thick which allowed the hooks to hang crooked. After I bent the hooks to pinch the door better, no more issues.

This organizer and box looks just as shown but yet so much nicer quality in person. The gold has a beautiful metallic sheen. The box has a beautiful sheen and tissue is used inside for a beautiful gift presentation. I don't see anything that should be improved. This organizer is great!
