What is the highest temperature it can withstand? Can it sit in a food warmer for an indeterminate amount of time without melting?

I put sauce in there from the stove but they cannot be microwaved or anything I would not put them in a food warmer at all i think they would melt

Are the lids pp5 as well?

I can only tell you that the lids matched the cups. As they were packaged together and appeared the same, I assume they are made from the same material.

Are these freezer safe?

Yes. They are freezer safe! I use them to freeze leftover tomato paste, sauces, fresh hot salsa, etc. So it is a perfect portion each time for each use. I take them from the freezer to my microwave, 30 seconds, and is defrost and ready to use. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not place the lids on the microwave; they will melt! Just the cups are microwaveable.
