I gave 3 star because they refund my money even though I already opened and used the item. But item does not work. So dont waste your money with this such kind of tools. Waste of time and effort.

Used it to remove two bolts that broke in an aluminum engine block. My mechanic refused to even try to take them out. He referred me to a specialty place that had a machine shop. It took a lot of patience, but I got them out. Saved me a lot oof money.I don't think this kit can be reused a bunch of times. Each bit can probably be used twice or three times max (it strips while using it, which is to be expected). For the price, totally worth it!

I was trying to get the tiny broken off screw out of my back flow preventer on my hose bib. It didn’t work for me, but I don’t have experience with these types of tools. I ended up just havin to drill away at the screw until it disintegrated enough that my husband could use brute force to screw the thing off. EDITED: my dad came and also tried to use these and said they do not work.

Don't waste your money. It didn't even dent my hose bibb vacuum breaker. I had to drill the screw out myself. After that it takes some muscle to get the brass vacuum breaker off, but it can be done. See pics.

Of course the outside cover doesn't say so. You must rip open the item and read the instruction. I was trying to remove a deck screw with stripped head. I carefully followed the direction, but the step 3 did not grab a hold of the problem screw. I really wanted it to work, but it didn't.

It works as expected . Instructions not very clear for most applications ( I had to improvise ). A little overprice for its use ( it should be $9.99 tops ) . I gave it 5 stars because at the end it works . I recommend it to people with patience . If you don’t , better ask someone handy with their hands .
