This kit is really good and the company have been extremely helpful. Definitely try it if you have a tricky stain on the carpet.

Surprisingly effective. Took a while to match the correct colour - but would use again!
I wasn't convinced this was going to work on quite a large burn hole in a velvet stool but it has worked well.It took a few attempts to get the correct colour and I strongly suggest doing it in bright daylight (first attempt I did in the evening with a lamp, which wasn't too good).I'd definitely use again and overall very pleased with the end results.

Not easy to get a good match
This product is described as fibres but its really just different coloured powders. It's not easy to mix them and get a good match but end result was better than the hole the dog made in the carpet.

This product is amazing!
I used this carpet repair kit to repair a burnt hole in our fireside rug caused by a hot ember. I asked the company for advice on colour matching and got a response the same day with really helpful instructions and advice.I am no expert but managed to get fantastic results and can no longer see the damage. Care and patience is all that’s needed and everything you need is in the kit. Extraordinary product backed by superb customer service from the company. So delighted with both the repair kit’s results and the support I received to achieve them. Highly recommended!

Rubbish!
Rubbish! The glue marks the carpet around where you are applying the fibers, meaning you’re left with a hard and dark mark around the edge of the repair.

Finally got around to doing my worn out carpetI brought this product back in July 2023The instructions were so easy to follow also I went online which helped a lot. The colour make was spot on, definitely would recommend this product

Done a good job of removing my poo stains
I had an accident on the carpet after visiting Chicken Cottage one evening. This product helped alleviate any stress of ruining a carpet and fixed the holes and streaks caused by my stomach mess onto the carpet. Thumbs up from me!
