I have tried a lot of different eyeliners on the cheaper end and a few have been a pleasant surprise in regards to their quality. This is not one of those. The color is not pigmented enough and fades very quickly.This is NOT waterproof, so keep that in mind when wearing this in wet weathers. Another thing that bugged me was that the lids didn't stay on. I had to tape them down to keep them from coming off from the slightest touch, which is extremely annoying because I now have to replace that tape with each use. The product was cheap, which is ok, but it cost me more to keep using it. You'd be better off going to your local store or nearest department or drug store for a better quality product in the same price range.
