Me gustó y me sirve para lo que lo compre para descansar el dolor del cuello, no lo aguanto por mucho tiempo porque es algo grande y no muy suave pero me funciona hacerlo por unos minutos en la mañana y por la noche ( no duermo con el toda la noche todavía )

This pillow is firm but easy to sleep on. I watched a YouTube video of a physical therapist demonstrating how to alleviate TMJ with proper pillow alignment. He used a regular pillow that kept the head and neck in alignment. Then, he slid a cylinder pillow under the neck for neck support. I bought this pillow to do the same thing. I have not had neck pain or headaches since I've been using this method. I bought 3 different brands of cylinder pillows and this one is better for me than the other 2. I make sure that my head is on the regular pillow and this cylinder pillow is under my neck. This method helps me sleep better on my side and my back. My sleep quality has improved. The only time I wake up in the night is to use the bathroom. My mattress is very firm which helps, too. I slept on a hotel mattress recently using this method and it was not as comfortable. Give this pillow and this method a try.

Love this pillow! It has saved me from forward head posture and jaw tension, all I have to do is sleep on it! Fits in the curve of my neck perfectly. Not to firm and not to soft. So pleased with it! ❤️

Very well made, great company. It's a little larger and firmer than I wanted, but is constructed beautifully. Their idea of 'soft' and mine are two different things!
