This is great Gaffers Tape, easy to tear and pick back up. Just don’t let the glue edge touch itself, you most likely will not get it apart. The tape does not leave any residue on carpet or smooth surfaces. Safe for cabinets (short term).

Thinner gaffer. Cross between masking and gaffer. Really useful for stage and for amount you get for the price.

Sticks Very Well!
I got this tape for cable management for a party and yard decorations and it stuck well to concrete, wood, and drywall and was easy to remove with no residue or damage to surfaces.I even used it to keep a Wii sensor bar up on the wall and it’s been holding there for 3 weeks.

Utter junk. Doesn't even stick to anything.
Licking a piece of normal paper and then using that as an adhesive would stick better than this tape. I'm 90% sure the adhesive used here is made by taking an empty bottle of kids glue, swishing some water in the bottle, then gently misting a few drops to the back of some black paper. I tested it on a dozen different surfaces around me, from wood to paper to various plastics to glass... a strip of it couldn't even stick well enough to resist the pull of gravity, and it just falls to the floor.
